Warranty and Returns

30 day Exchange. 

We don't just sell gear, we use it too.
So much that we have 100% faith in it's quality and ability.
If for some reason, you don't feel the same, we will happily exchange the product for one of similar or lesser value to get you on the water, happy!

This doesn't apply for sanitary or intimate goods. 

Refunds (if applicable)


If you feel that the product you were sold does not do as described, is sub standard or is faulty, we will happily refund it.
A proof of purchase must be supplied in order to complete a refund.

Unfortunately a refund will not apply if you have simply changed your mind, have mis-used the product or have changed or altered the product against the advice of the manufacturer or seller.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Some stores won't refund on sales items.
But we aren't just some store. We want every customer to get on the water happy, therefore the same requirements apply to sale items, as with full priced items.
